Video Tutorial: Double Stamping Technique

Double Stamping Technique from LovenStamps with the Regarding Dahlias stamp set - Video Tutorial for Stamps in the Mail Club

What a great technique for stamps with lots of detail — especially if you don’t want to take the time to color them.  The Regarding Dahlias stamp set is a terrific choice.

Double Stamping Technique:

  1. You’ll need squares of Whisper White card stock, plus darker mats for each (cut the mats 1/4″ bigger than the white pieces).
  2. Layer the white pieces together and stamp your image.
  3. Separate the white layers and mat them with the darker pieces.
  4. Assemble the pieces to match the image.

    • Hi Tory! The larger white square is about 3″ and the smaller is about 2″. Just cut the Basic Black layers 1/4″ bigger than each of the white layers. Have fun! Happy Stamping! — Meg
