Love Notes: An Even EASIER Square Bottom Box Bag Technique

Did you see the Weather Together box project that I posted last month?  The Square Bottom Box Bag.  I absolutely love this style of treat holder.  They’re simple, easy to size for different favors and it turns out that you can even make little tiny ones if you use the envelope from the Love Notes Framelits Dies as your base!

When you look at the larger version, you can check out the video tutorial for an explanation of when and where I learned about this project.  That memory makes this project even more special for me!

I designed this smaller version with the ‘valentine’ framelit dies for our Occasion Catalog Open House last week, and here are the directions that I created as a ‘how to’ for the project.  You’ll want to pin this photo so you’ll remember how to make these little treats!.

One of the things I love most about being a demonstrator is the opportunity I’ve had to make so many wonderful friends – stampers, fellow demonstrators, the list goes on. I’m actually in California (!!) this weekend with my friend Julie Davison and we are visiting our friend Kim Peck.  I’d never have had the chance to be here if I hadn’t joined Stampin’ Up! and met these amazing women.

With the start of Sale-A-Bration and the special offer for new demonstrators, I always think back and am amazed at how much being part of Stampin’ Up! has given us a chance to “inspire, create and share” (Stampin’ Up!’s motto).  And I’m blessed to be part of the family!

If you’ve been considering becoming a demonstrator, I hope you’ll join my LovenStampfuls Stampin’ Up! family.  Sale-A-Bration (now to Mar 31) is a GREAT time, since in addition to the Starter Kit (costs $99 for $125 in product, plus free shipping) you get to select TWO FREE stamp sets of your choice – that’s up to $104 in extra free stamps!

Let me know if you have any questions – and have fun sharing these little treat holders with the special people in YOUR life!

    • Thanks Becky! That would really be helpful, wouldn’t it? 🙂 The Designer Series Paper cut to go with the Love Notes Framelits Dies is 3″ x 6″. Definitely a convenient size for 12 x 12″ paper or the 6 x 6″ Designer Series Paper Stacks!
