Today’s project is like a ‘choose your own adventure’ and you’ll select your path based strictly on how much time you have between reading this and when your doorbell rings for the first trick-or-treaters! You could put candy inside these little treats (featuring Iconic Celebrations DSP, stamps and dies plus the perfect for all seasons Choose Happy stamp set) but there are other creatures that come your door, and they deserve treats, too!
Choose from simple (above), or stepped up (below) for your version of this project. The more time you have before trick or treaters arrive, the more stepped up you can make for this project!
The secret ingredient? Clear Medium Envelopes. They’re the perfect cello treat holder with the pre-gummed flap at the top. Just pop your treat inside and flap over the adhesive strip on the top to close. Leave the bag tall if you want to gather it for tying a tag (like these) or pull the flap down tight to snug your treat inside the bag.
So Pepper, our 12 year old rescue dog, votes that you make up some of these with dog biscuits, like the ones I’m sharing today. Does your dog love or hate trick or treats?? Pepper LOVES them, because every time the door opens she has the possibility of winning the ‘I love dogs, can I pet yours?’ kid lottery.
You could even use these little pumpkin tags for a fall wedding – favors for a shower or table treats.
