July? Happy 4th to you!! On this holiday I thought it would be fun to share some sweet treat boats – easy treats that you can make in a snap to take along and share with friends and family. Just grab your favorite shape punch (bonus points for characters like the Little Monkey Punch or the Strawberry Builder Punch from the ).
You’ll also need a Circle Punch – the size can vary, but the 2 3/8″ Circle Punch from the Online Exclusives will give you the largest Treat Boat. Yes! There are Stampin’ Up! supplies that aren’t in any catalog – be sure to check them for things you might have missed, like today’s Tropical Leaf Bundle with coordinating stamps and punch.
DIY Tiny Treat Boats – Circle Punch Candy Holder
- Punch a large circle of your choice (2 3/8″ Circle Punch is a perfect choice)
- Score in a tic tac toe board shape using Simply Scored board or Paper Trimmer
- Trim to the score line to create tabs
- Glue tabs at the center
- Hold in place until glue dries, then decorate as desired
