I still haven’t posted my pics from last summer, but as Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators, we have a chance to earn an incentive trip each year. Last summer we traveled to Thailand – courtesy of Stampin’ Up! – and it was amazing! Aside from all the gorgeous scenery, I chatted with trip-achieving demonstrators from all over the world and even swapped project ideas.
The inspiration for this project comes from an idea that I received from another demonstrator during the Thailand trip – but I can’t find the project (thank you craft room clean-up) to give credit for the original idea. So if you recognize this project, please let me know!!
Anyway, I loved the idea and changed out the colors and coordinating stamp set, instead featuring the blooms from Climbing Orchid. This is the 4th project in my December Stamps in the Mail Club series – so if you need more orchid idea, be sure to check out those other posts and videos.
The frame is backed by a piece of tag board (4″ x 6″) and layered with card stock and the Foil Frenzy Designer Series Paper (love that stuff). The opening can be used for a photo or for a greeting or message. This is one of my niece’s senior pictures. Isn’t she beautiful??
