Stampin Blends Marker Tutorial: Shading Objects to Create Dimension

Time for another Stampin Blends Marker Tutorial from Meg! This one will be about adding dimension to flat images with the Stampin Blends Dark & Light Combo sets – two markers perfectly matched to make it easy to add shading effects to your stamping projects.

For this Stamps in the Mail Club project (this month’s kit – November), I’m featuring the black and white printed Just Add Color Specialty Designer Series Paper. This whole pad of heavy-weight paper comes printed with black line art. It’s just begging for you to color with your Stampin Blends Markers!

I love the way the colors merge into each other – light and dark – to create the layered color look.

Watch the video tutorial and I’ll give you my tips & tricks for using just two markers to create a fun dimensional watercolor look.

With Stamps in the Mail Club, all the pieces are included – ready to stamp.  You’ll even get the ink, Stampin’ Blends Markers and stamp set.  Just add your own adhesive and scissors and you’ll be stamping!  Already have the Color Me Happy stamp set or Stampin Blends?  No problem!  Just pick out another Stampin’ Up! item from your Wish List and you’ll receive that item with your kit instead.
