Simple Elegance with Petal Palette: Black and White Card Idea

Black and white are SO striking together – so when I have an image that I’d really like to feature, I often reach for my black card stock and add a punch of bright color to set off the stamped images. For this Petal Palette card (part of April Stamps in the Mail Club kit), I’ve added the Berry Burst ribbon and die cut. Love that color!

The card itself is fairly simple, but sometimes the simple is a perfect elegant touch. I have a few tips for assembly – check them out in the video tutorial.

Ready to get a stamping kit? The best thing about Stamps in the Mail Club is that you’ll have all you need to get crafting. It’s so easy to sit down and pull out the pieces and go to work. The stamps are included and you’ll just need a black ink pad this month. Treat yourself and request a kit before they’re gone!

  1. I love the Petal Palette stamp/die set, it was the first set I purchased when the Spring/Summer catalogue came out and I am so glad that it is being taken into the new catalogue too. What a great idea with the splurge of colour on the black and white Meg, I am definitely going to give this a go, thank you. :O)
