Last week my Daisy Girl Scout Troop bridged from Daisies to Brownies. <<sniff, how are they growing up so quickly?>> We had a nice Bridging Ceremony where each girl walked across a little wooden bridge and said what she liked most about Daisies. One sweet girl said “everything” which got a few laughs.
I also made the parents little gifts to give out at the ceremony. I included a couple of Riesen candies (yum!) and told the parents that they are the “reason” that our troop works so smoothly. I appreciate all their involvement and help with meetings and special events and outings.
But of course the candy had to come in a sweet little package. Here is what I gave them, created from the Stampin’ Up! Matchbox Die (see it online) and the retiring Sunny Garden Designer Series Paper (see it online).
The greeting on the top says “Imagine the Possibilities” and it’s from the Word Play stamp set (see it online). And you can never go wrong when you add a die-cut embossed butterfly from the Beautiful Wings Embosslit (see it online)!
Happy Stamping!
