DIY Birthday Cards: Build A Birthday Candle Tutorial

Remember the card I posted yesterday? Wonder where the cut out circle from the card front went? You found it! I used the center circle cut out from yesterday’s card as the candle background on today’s Stamps in the Mail Club card. We’re still using the Build A Birthday stamp set – but today the rectangle images are candles instead of layers on a cake.

In the video tutorial I’ve included some tips on when your card stock NEEDS to be scored instead of just folded, and some thoughts on when to cut your images with a white layer and when to cut them flush with the stamped image.
