An oldie but goodie, I think I learned about Bagalopes from one of my very first Stampin’ Up! gatherings ever. Usually the bagalope technique is used to turn a plain envelope into a gift bag, but it works perfectly to turn the Ombre Gift Bags into a 3D treat package. AND I’ll teach you how to use the Knit Sweater Dies on a gift bag with this neat little treat!
So the next ugly sweater Christmas party you attend, you’ll be sure to have the best-dressed hostess gift with a coordinating candy gift bag and tag. Plus I’ll share a top for using the Adhesive Sheets to create easy felt cut-out shapes to decorate your Christmas to Remember tag.
The Bagalope is fairly simple – in the video tutorial I’ll show you how to fold about 1/2″ at each side and the bottom, then create the gussets on the side to finish the bag. Add cocoa and kisses for a warm winter treat.
