Whether the weather is summery or not where you live, I’m guessing that you might be ready for summertime! With this fun Triple Panel Card, grab your Tropical Oasis Designer Series Paper and create a #DSPCardBase layout using the fun pineapple die cut as your front focal point.
Cut your Designer Series Paper to 5 1/2″ x 10 1/2″ and score at 3″ and 7″.
To keep interest moving as the card opens further, you can add the pretty die cut hibiscus bloom, peeking over the edge. To add color without overwhelming the image, try using a Sponge Dauber to gently burnish color in the center of the blossom. Be sure to watch the video tutorial for tips on sponging.
Finally on the inside, adding a center layer of cardstock will strengthen the DSP card base. These flowers are from the Timeless Tropical stamp set, too, and using a paper mask (check out the steps in the photo) will help you layer the blooms and leaves. Add a final die cut flower to create a finished look.
