I’m holding onto the last few days of summer – and this pretty Flowers of Beauty set from the Unbounded Beauty Suite has the perfect coordinates. The cheery soft summer colors remind me of ice cream cones on summer nights. This suite combines the textures and tones for a Narrow Z Fold Card (one of my favorite simple fun fold layouts).
The Narrow Z Fold card layout is so easy to create – just add an extra score line on the front of the card and flip the edge back.
The elements in the focal point come from both the Unbounded Love stamp set (with coordinating label dies) and the Flowers of Beauty stamp set (with the dies to cut out the stamped images and the ‘decoration-y’ foliage elements. I know it’s not a word, but I said it this morning in our Maker Mornings with Meg video and it seemed appropriate, so I’m sticking with it!
The In Color Glimmer Paper is a perfect match for the other elements – cardstock, ink and designer series paper. And a little bit of glimmer goes a long way.
The cutting directions are very simple for the Narrow Z Fold Card.
Narrow Z Fold Card Layout: Cutting Directions
- Cut card base to 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ and score at 4 1/4″ and 7 1/4″
- Cut inside cardstock layer and front panel cardstock layer to 2 3/4″ x 5 1/4″
- Cut Designer Series Paper strips to 1″ x 5 1/2″
Truly a Fun Fold that is easy to create with a variety of stamp sets and coordinating paper.
