It’s a #DSPCardBase – Level 2! My post from the other day shared a #DSPCardBase design using the Peaceful Poppies Designer Series Paper (check the post – learn about saving both sides). This card takes the DSP Card Base design up a notch – adding a Peek-A-Boo Window to the front of the card.
Oh – and did I mention a hidden Pop-Up Card element? Yup, it’s there, too.
Painted Poppies Dies are absolutely perfect for this kind of card. The set includes not only 2 trendy label (aka window) dies, but also the flower shape dies to match the Painted Poppies stamp set. I love it when a set has all the pieces I need to make something fabulous.
The trendy label dies included are also terrific for dressing up greeting on your cards. Here’s how I used the label die to add pretty detailing to the ends of my greeting strip.
I know, right? What a fabulous way to multi-task your supplies!
The Pop-Up Element is pretty simple, too – be sure to watch the video tutorial for tips and details, but in general, you’ll want to remember to cut your paper to 4″ x 12″, then score at 5″, 5 1/2″ and 6″.
