I’ve shared the Last Chance list already – the items that will retired on May 2 to make way for the new catalog. But have you seen my absolute must-have item? It’s hands-down the Tag Topper Punch – either the Fancy Tag Topper or the Delightful Tag Topper will work, but every stamper needs at least one of these in their toolbox. Today I’ll share a simple gift created with the topper punch – the Post-It Note Purse Pal.
These make sweet little gifts, but also great table favors for a baby shower or bridal shower. They’re simple to create – you could score a whole sheet of DSP at one time, then cut into strips for easy batching.
Start with a 2″ strip of DSP to fit the Topper Punch. In the video I’ll teach you how to measure for your specific post it note pack. You’ll score the strip and decorate as desired. Today’s feature is the Timeless Tulips stamp set (also discounted on the Last Chance list) and the easy coordinating Tulip Builder Punch. Select the Expressions in Ink Specialty DSP and the Expressions in Ink Ephemera Pack (yes, both also Last Chance) to make coordinating your decor a breeze.
The Post It Note Purse Pal is simple to customize for the notepad you have on hand. As long as the pad is 2″ wide, it works perfectly for the Tag Topper Punches. I’m seriously going to miss these punches after they retire!!
