There are only so many ways to use an ink pad, right? Open the pad, ink a stamp. Period. Right? Guess what? There’s more! This Emboss Resist technique is one that uses your ink pads in another way – directly onto your paper for a great layered texture effect.
On the card I’m sharing today (one of my March Stamps in the Mail Club projects), the paper is actually pre-embossed. It’s a pattern from the fabulous Irresistibly Yours Designer Series Paper that’s available only until March 31. You can add this paper to your shopping bag in my online store once you’ve added $50 in product to your cart.
Or you can get a full package of this paper for free if you select it as your Sale-A-Bration item when you order the Best Value Stamps in the Mail Club kit during March!
Don’t have this fun paper yet? Or if you missed out, you can create a similar effect using clear embossing powder and Versamark Ink. Just stamp and heat emboss clear, then go on with the technique in my video tutorial.
Want to get your own kit? Get details, then fill out the form on my website. I’ll send you a PayPal invoice or we can arrange another payment method. Your project kits for all 4 projects, stamps and ink are included!
Already have the Crazy About You stamp set but still want a kit? No problem! You can substitute the stamps or ink pad (or both) in the kit for other Stampin’ Up! products of your choice. Just let me know on the web form when you request your invoice.
I look forward to stamping with you by mail!
