Chunky Scrap Cut-Out Lily of the Valley Card with Stampin’ Up!®’s Valley in Bloom Suite

This card looks simple on the surface – a set of scrappy strips from the Valley in Bloom Designer Series Paper, with a sweet Stampin Blends Markers flower at the end. But the background has a hidden trick. The cut out die from the background is cut, then put right back in place. Wait – what? Curious about how it sticks? I’ve got a secret layer hidden to hold it – and a trick with Adhesive Sheets to make the process smooth.

The secret is to put a layer of Adhesive Sheet on the back of the card front before cutting. Then use it to adhere a cover layer inside the card. And the pieces that are cut out can be peeled and popped right back in using the Adhesive Sheet to hold them in place! Magic!!

Do you save all your DSP scraps?? This chunky scrap design layout is for YOU!! Just look at the bottom of the DSP bag…whatever scraps are there will make a perfect mishmash of color and pattern for the card front.
