A secret trick? Yes! The dies in the Merry & Bright stamp/die bundle have several uses – the bases of the Christmas light bulbs are good for more than just lights! Take one of the textured bulb bases and use this trick to turn it into the perfect trunk for a Christmas tree.

And remember when working with vellum: adhesive needs to be hidden by the layers or it’s going to show through to the front and mar the finished look of the project.

Voila! No adhesive shows from the front!
