When a paper is as gorgeous as the new Thoughtful Journey 6×6 DSP, there is no way you want to ‘waste’ a side of the paper by gluing it down. Today’s card fixes that problem – by showing off both sides of a pretty patterned paper with this simple (and easy to repeat) layout. Add the new Unbounded Love and Flowers of Beauty stamp/die bundles for the perfect greetings and accents.
Begin by cutting the DSP down to 5 1/4″ tall, then score at 2″ to create the front panel. Cut a cardstock base quarter sheet (4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″) and place the DSP panel on the base for stability. Don’t worry – the panel will still show the back of the DSP!
Decorate the front panel and add an inside layer (1 3/4″ x 5″) for your greeting.
This card is SO easy to create – you’ll want to make it over and over again with new 6×6 DSP selections. Need a few more papers and coordinating cardstock??
