SECRETS UNLOCKED – Design Made Simple with Maps + Stampin’ Up!®’s Turtle-y Cute & Poppin By

Are you using your stamping resources wisely? Today’s video includes TWO projects designed with Stampin’ Up!’s card recipes in mind. I’ll show you how to CASE (copy and selectively edit) the catalog projects to make card designing easy. Unlock the potential for the Poppin’ By stamp set with a fun fold card and open your world of scrapbooking with a Turtle-y Cute Suite 12×12 scrapbook page.

Poppin’ By: This card is created based on a sample in the Kintsugi Inspirations Suite from the current Stampin’ Up! Catalog (download a copy of the current Annual Catalog from my website here). Instead of a flat card, I decided to add a panel with a diagonal cut for a subtle but simple fun fold.

Moving on to the scrapbook templates (page 28 in the current Annual Catalog), I based the design for this 12×12 page on one of the diagrams included as a sample. While my banners are smaller and arranged differently, the theme is still the same.

Just because a catalog idea or template is set up a particular way doesn’t mean you can’t make it your own. In fact, it’s GREAT to update the template to fit whatever you’re planning to feature for stamps, papers and elements!
