Have I mentioned that I LOVE the Scandinavian Season stamp set? Well let me just point it out one more time ;-)
This is a cute box that I’ve been using as a Make N Take project at workshops this month. The box itself is a simple 2-4-6-8 box, starting with an 8.5 x 8.5″ square: Score a piece of cardstock one direction at 2″ from the edge. Turn the cardstock 90 degrees and score at 2, 4, 6 and 8″. Cut the 2″ up to the score line to form the flaps for the bottom of the box. Fold along the score lines, fold up the box and ‘voila!’, there you go!
On this particular box the star from the Scandinavian Season stamp set is stamped in Real Red on the Real Red cardstock. The Ski Slope Designer Series Paper strip complements the tag/card perfectly. The tag is cut with the Top Note Big Shot die, stamped with the Scandinavian Season snowflake in Baja Breeze (look carefully and you can see it ;-) The “Merry Christmas” image is from the All Holiday stamp set (109397, $31.95), and the mitten is from Scandinavian Season.
Of course the matching Baja Breeze ribbon sets off the project perfectly, and the tag is attached with Hemp Twine.
