Actually, pretty much anything can be in that fun cup with the whipped cream on top! Milkshake anyone?
Today’s project is one the featured projects in LovenStamps Monthly Tutorials for September. Z Fold Cards – and especially Accordion Z Fold Cards – are perfect when there are several steps to the greeting, like for sassy or sarcastic messages. Or when you want the message to unfold slowly as the card is opened.
The fun fold part of these cards is relatively simple to create.
Accordion Z Fold Card – Directions
- Add glue to the back outer edges of the scored rectangle. Adhere around the accordion portion of the card and add your layers!
- Start by cutting the card base to 11 x 5.5 inches and score at 1.25, 3.5, 5.25 and 7 inches.
- Cut the Z fold layer to 6.5 x 3.25 and the panels to 3 inches.
- Fold the card base in a zig zag manner.
