Easy WOW – Stair Step Overlay Card, Stampin’ Up!®’s NEW Homemade Sweetness Suite Collection

A fun fold that doesn’t involve complicated cutting or scoring is right up my alley. And this Stairstep Overlay is one I’ve used a few times (check for more in my LovenStamps blog gallery) with a variety of suites. Homemade Sweetness Suite Collection works perfectly – and I couldn’t resist adding a little more Watercolor Block Print Technique for our tag.

I am so tickled by all the pretty tag options in the Filled with Sweetness stamp and die bundle. The ‘you’re the sweetest’ greeting is even cuter (and punnier) when it’s stamped on a die cut jar label.

The strawberry die cut is from the Made with Sweetness stamp and die bundle. I love the layered fruit look and the coordinating Strawberry Slush cardstock color.

Tie a tiny checkered bow and add it to the greeting with Mini Glue Dots for the perfect accent.

To create this card, cut the card base to 5 1/2 inches by 8 inches and score at 1, 2 and 5 inches. Fold as shown and add the overlay portion. Looking for PDF directions?
