Today’s a two-fer: two techniques that feature Stampin Spritzers for a fun card with the SAB Day to Celebrate stamp set. Got the Alphabet A La Mode Dies yet?? What are you waiting for?? Add a fun exclamation to our card with these raised letter dies – so simple with the Foam Adhesive Sheets.
First technique – for backgrounds, use the Linked Together Decorative Masks with alcohol in your Stampin Spritzer. Add 2-4 drops of ink refill depending on the desired color intensity and then spritz over the mask for a fun background. Add multiple layers and colors for an extra fun layered look.
Second technique – create a pretty ombre background by using Stampin Write Markers directly on an extra acrylic block. After creating the color palette, spritz with the alcohol spritzer to blend the colors and press onto Basic White Cardstock.
Do you have a favorite between my two takes of the spritzed acrylic block background? One of these was done with more alcohol added to let the colors smush together more (technical term there, of course!)
Spritzing inside the card is an easy way to carry over the color and theme.
