Birthday Balloons with the Balloon Adventure Stamp Set

It’s not just for pop-up cards!  I used the Balloon Adventures stamp set and coordinating Balloon Pop-Up Thinlits Dies to create the front of this fun card – plus the Party Animal Designer Series Paper (all retiring May 31 – don’t miss them!).
