Poppin’ Pastels Technique:
- Stamp the solid flower background using clear VersaMark Ink.
- Rub a Sponge Dauber or cotton ball over one of the Stampin’ Pastels to pick up color. Gently swirl the dauber over the stamped flower image. The color will stick to the ink.
- Ink the ‘outline’ stamp in Basic Brown Ink, then stamp over the colored solid flower to finish the image.
