I’m really excited about an upcoming event, and proud of Shirley Casey (one of my downline members) for putting it together, so I told her I’d put a note here, even though it’s not my event :-)
Shirley is hosting a Card for the Troops event on Saturday, July 18 at 1:00 PM. Her Cards for the Troops event will take place at St. Peter’s United Church of Christ, 905 S. Russell St., Champaign, and is open to the public. At the event you’ll be making “Thank You” cards to send to the troops as well as making packages of cards the troops can use to send back to their loved ones. There is no fee to attend the event.
And some of the cards that we created at our last LovenStampfuls Mini Catalog Open House will also be included in the packages that Shirley is making. If you have other cards to donate, you’re welcome to contact me!
