Trends in Stamping: Add Stitching to Your Favorite Cards

One of the hot trends in stamping right now is adding stitching to your cards – either with or without thread! The Needlepoint Elements Framelits Dies are perfect for this look, since they give a gorgeous stitched effect with just a few turns of the Big Shot handle.

This Stamps in the Mail Club card for February is actually one that I made back in November when I attended the Stampin’ Up! OnStage event in Orlando. That’s right – demonstrators like to create “Make N Take” projects at stamping events, too!  The card was designed by Stampin’ Up! concept artists and over 6000 demonstrators stamped it (and several others) during our crafting time at the convention center.

That’s a LOT of cards! Plus it illustrates one of my favorite things about being a demonstrator: gathering together with friends to share ideas and inspiration! Here’s a photo of my LovenStampfuls demonstrators and our extended Impeckable Stampers family in Orlando (hence the Mickey Mouse ears!).

Fun, right? We do have a terrific time together! Here are a few more photos from our OnStage 2018 adventures in Orlando – I shared them on my LovenStamps Facebook Page at the time – but haven’t had a chance to share them here yet!

There are so many fabulous perks to being part of the Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator family – and even more added perks that come from signing up through me and being part of my LovenStampfuls community!

Why am I talking about this right now? Because there is an EXCELLENT special that runs from now until March 31. We’ve had a HUGE number of people take advantage of the extra $50 that you can select for free with your Demonstrator Starter Kit.

What? $50 for free? Actually, it’s even better than that.  The Demonstrator Starter Kit is $99, and is always a great opportunity, since it includes $125 in products of your choice. But during Sale-A-Bration, you get a bonus $50 with your Starter Kit – so a total of $175 in products of your choice!

And there’s another opportunity – to get the hottest crafting accessory – the Craft & Carry Tote, available only to new demonstrators while supplies last. Choose to add it to your Starter Kit Order if you’d like!

Okay – but I promised you a card and a video tutorial… the card tutorial comes first in this video, and then I’ll go step-by-step through a list of products that you might select with your Demonstrator Starter Kit order, plus I’ll show off the fun Craft & Carry Tote.
