Have you seen those Disney commercials? The ones where the parents tell the kids that, “SURPRISE! We’re going on vacation to Disney tomorrow!” And then the kids run around like crazy, refusing to go to bed because they just can’t handle the excitement over the impending trip.
Well the holiday shopping blitz may be over, but I still have some exciting news to share! Tomorrow morning, I’ve got a big surprise for you… and like I said, I’m too excited to sleep!
But in the meantime, here’s the skinny on another Christmas card idea. You’ll just have to wait til tomorrow for the surprise ;)
Really, what’s more fun than a polar bear at Christmas? I think the people at Coke might be on to something here. And maybe it’s a subtle nod to Diet Coke fans everywhere that my card with the White Christmas stamp set (135767) is Whisper White, Real Red and Smoky Slate.
Or maybe it’s a nod to Caffeine Free Diet Coke, with the kraft colored paper background. I know the usual use for the Under the Tree Designer Series Paper (135825) is making boxes, but I sure love it as a stamping layer!
Be sure to leave me a comment if you’re a rabid Diet Coke fan… or leave me another favorite soda, and maybe it will be the inspiration for my next card design!

I SOOOOOOOO love your card, and what great inspiration from Coke… I can very much “see” the caffeine free Coke in this card. Maybe you should submit it to Coke!! :-) You may be on to something…..can’t wait till tomorrow to see what you are all hyped about!!! :-)
For me my fav is Diet Pepsi, but hey.. I still like Diet Coke…Diet Coke w/Lime, etc.

Meg, you are an inspiration to all of us demonstrators. Your excitement always comes through in your posts and this time it’s super excited. I thought of the Coke a Cola bear too when I first saw the set in the catalog. I’m a diet Coke fan myself, used to be Pepsi but too sweet. Looking forward to tomorrow. We have excitement for today with the Catalog Kickoff and tomorrow we can stamp with a new set-I’m hoping we get a free stamp set from the new Occasions Catalog or Sale-a-bration???
