To join any (or all) of the clubs, simply email me with your name, address and payment choice. I’ll send an invoice and you can then pay either via paypal or credit card by phone. Any club that fills prior to February 17th will be ordered on February 17th. After that, orders will be placed as soon as I have enough members for the club. Papers/ribbons will be ready for pick-up approximately 10-14 days after the order is placed. Allow 4-5 extra days for mailing.
